Safer Internet Day

Today is Safer Internet Day!

Children at John Bramston have been reminding each other of ways to be safe online and have begun to think about the good digital deeds we could do to help make the Internet a better place in the future.

The Digital Leaders and Article 12 Ambassadors had a special video conference with some members of the Redbridge police force.  They listened to our ideas about Internet safety and gave us some really useful feedback.  They really seemed interested in the JB sugestion of a 'Google Junior' (just for kids).

A big thank you to the parents who came for our parent sessions yesterday.  To those of you who weren't able to make the E-Safety sessions, we were discussing the importance of starting a dialogue at home with your children about their Internet use - always being aware of where they are going online, what they are viewing and who they may be talking to.
